Tenth Annual Hitachi Solutions America Customer Conference Celebrates Customer Success, Highlights Microsoft Cloud Solutions

The 2017 conference program included sessions on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Field Service, Azure, IoT, Power BI, and more, providing attendees insight into what works from planning and execution, to the adoption of new technologies, to industry-specific solutions.

IRVINE, CALIF. JUNE 07, 2017 — Hitachi Solutions America, Ltd., a leading provider of global industry solutions based on the Microsoft Cloud, concluded its tenth annual Customer Conference held at the W in Las Vegas, Nevada ( on May 15-17.

The conference’s Microsoft keynote sessions were presented by Param Kahlon, GM of Program Management, Dynamics 365, Neil Holloway, Vice President, Dynamics USA, and Arun Ulag, Partner Director of Program Management, Cloud & Enterprise Engineering.

These keynotes shared their extensive knowledge of Microsoft Cloud software and services. Each speaker shared exciting advancements within his area of expertise, with topics ranging from roadmap and strategy for Dynamics 365 to Microsoft’s new and rapidly growing cloud portfolio across Azure, Office 365 and Dynamics 365.

In addition to compelling Microsoft Cloud keynotes, the Customer Conference offered more than 40 in-depth, educational General Sessions and Industry Roundtables. The 2017 Agenda featured breakout sessions in five key tracks: Operations, Customer Engagement, Innovation, Industry, and Analytics. Topics ranged from business to technical and covered Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations (Dynamics AX), Dynamics 365 for Sales (Dynamics CRM), Dynamics 365 for Field Service, IoT, Cortana Intelligence, Power BI, Azure, Hitachi Solutions Products and IP, and more.

Celebrating innovation served as the cornerstone of the conference and 11 customers who best exemplified business innovation with Microsoft Dynamics and Hitachi Solutions America’s products were recognized with Customer Excellence Awards.
